What you will learn
- Balancing sky, city lights and deep shadow.
- Choosing shutter speeds for movement and long exposures.
- Focusing confidently and keeping your images sharp after dark.
- Using reflections, colour and white balance creatively.
Included: three hours of private location tuition for one person, with an image review during the session. Start time varies with sunset and the season.
Bring: a camera with manual controls and a tripod. Email James before booking if you need equipment advice or want to work with a smartphone. No equipment hire or physical gift box is included.

Booking your date
After purchase, email james@londonfromtherooftops.com with your order number. We will agree a date, meeting point and creative brief together. Please arrange your session within 12 months of purchase. Dates are subject to availability; contact James before buying if you need a particular day. Outdoor routes are planned around weather and accessible locations; private rooftop access is not included. Travel, refreshments and paid venue entry are not included.
